Lead professional services and data insights divisions responsible for driving scalable digital technology projects to transform a non-profit lending business model. Leveraging agile methodology and PMP standards to drive operational excellence and efficiency, and increase organization impact.

Manage budgets of 5mm+, maintaining ~60% profitability margin for multiscreen SVOD/VOD end-user services. Command the day-to-day activities leading to the successful delivery of source code/application submission for web, native and OTT platforms.

Named director within ten months to actualize new strategies and best practices in alignment with core NBCUniversal/Comcast objectives for an 2.0.

$170 million. Established revenue assurance, conversion, and attrition analysis. Managed vendor relations, fulfillment, and anti-fraud processes. Supervised team of eight.

General Manager, Securitech Group, Inc., New York, 2005–2010

Charged to lead the restructuring of this high-security manufacturing company, support growth strategy of $4mm, increase output by 15% and delivery by 25% over three years.

In this role, I managed day-to-day tactical and strategic operations, including documentation, order processing, post-consumer support, and customer care activities. End-users included NYC transit, Rite-Aid, CVS and The NYC Port Authority. I directly hired, trained and supervised fifteen cross-functional team members.
